This year's Christmas Jumper Day will be supporting Urban Outreach, a Bolton-based community centre which provides food and accommodation for disadvantaged and vulnerable adults and young people. Money raised will keep their food bank open during the Christmas period and ensure that they can offer their support for those who need it most during this festive period.
