Anabel is the owner of Uptown Balloons, which she runs alongside her husband Edwin. Together, they operate a family owned small business in the Uptown neighborhood that brings joy to the community through custom balloon designs and beautiful balloon decor.

ICE activity in the area has made it difficult for them to operate causing major a slowdown in business, and serious concerns for the safety. These challenges have made it harder to serve customers and keep the business running at a time when support is needed most.
