Workers at Via 313 North Campus won their union on March 18th after a 3-year long process of endless union-busting, government delays, and retaliation from the company. Via 313's parent company, Savory Restaurant Fund, has massive financial resources to use for anti-union efforts, such as hiring a union-buster at $325/hr all while paying kitchen staff $16/hr.

Via 313 continues to delay the recognition of the union, retaliate against pro-union employees, and cut hours.
