I’m reaching out today with a heartfelt plea to support my Uncle Rodger, a veteran who has spent much of his life selflessly serving others. Now, he’s facing an unexpected and challenging chapter in his life, and he needs a helping hand to get back on his feet.

Uncle Rodger is in the final stages of a critical program that could change his future, but he’s currently struggling to meet his basic needs. Essentials like food and gas for transportation to vital medical appointments have become significant hurdles. While he recently completed an employment program, the financial strain has been overwhelming, compounded by his previous living conditions, which were far below acceptable standards despite being a VA referral.

To help him navigate this difficult time, I’ve set up a GoFundMe with a goal of raising $800. These funds will cover immediate necessities like food, gas, medical appointments, and other essential expenses, offering him the stability he needs to move forward.

Uncle Rodger has given so much to his country and community. Now, it’s our turn to show him the compassion and support he deserves. Every contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward helping him rebuild and regain a sense of security.
