Support Ukraine's Refugees in Crisis

Hello, we are the International Rescue Champions, a group of people at the University of North Texas (UNT) who align with the International Rescue Committee's mission.

We are deeply committed to making a positive impact and raising funds to support the refugees who have been displaced by the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. With millions of people fleeing their homes due to the conflict, these refugees are in dire need of shelter, food, medical care, and other essential services.

There are 3.7 million internally displaced people in Ukraine (as of February 2025). 6.9 million refugees from Ukraine have been recorded globally (as of February 2025). Approximately 12.7 million people are in need of humanitarian assistance in 2025, including nearly 2 million children.

The situation is urgent, and every dollar raised will go directly to Ukraine Medical and Refugee Support that will provide life-saving support to these families. We believe that we all have a role to play in offering a helping hand during these challenging times, and your donation can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
