Ukraine Medical and Refugee Support

Currently, Ukraine soldiers and civilians are rescued in small civilian SUV's and pickups that are easily destroyed by terrible roads, off-road terrain, and shrapnel. Ukraine is in desperate need of obtain military grade ambulances and medical supplies to save lives along the battle front. We have donated civilian ambulances that are easily destroyed by the frontline conditions. Currently, we have purchased three military Humvee ambulances and hope to acquire more. 100% of your donations go directly to purchase and transportation of vehicles and supplies-there are no overhead expenses.

Hello, we are the International Rescue Champions, a group of people at the University of North Texas (UNT) who align with the International Rescue Committee's mission.

We are deeply committed to making a positive impact and raising funds to support the refugees who have been displaced by the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. With millions of people fleeing their homes due to the conflict, these refugees are in dire need of shelter, food, medical care, and other essential services.

There are 3.7 million internally displaced people in Ukraine (as of February 2025). 6.9 million refugees from Ukraine have been recorded globally (as of February 2025). Approximately 12.7 million people are in need of humanitarian assistance in 2025, including nearly 2 million children.

The situation is urgent, and every dollar raised will go directly to Ukraine Medical and Refugee Support that will provide life-saving support to these families. We believe that we all have a role to play in offering a helping hand during these challenging times, and your donation can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.

In a small village nestled on the outskirts of Kyiv, the dawn breaks not just with the sun but with the sounds of hammers and the sight of hopeful faces. This village, like many others across Ukraine, has felt the devastating impact of conflict. Homes once filled with laughter were reduced to rubble, and families faced the unbearable loss of loved ones and livelihoods.

In the midst of this, emerged a story of resilience and unity. Among the ruins, we find Olena, a 34-year-old teacher who lost her home and school to the bombings. Yet, Olena refused to let despair take root. She rallied her neighbors, old and young, urging them to focus on what they could rebuild, rather than what they had lost.

Every morning, Olena gathers the children in a makeshift classroom under the open sky. With limited resources, she teaches them math, reading, and most importantly, hope. Nearby, volunteers and local builders work tirelessly, laying bricks and reconstructing homes from the debris.

This community effort is a testament to the unbreakable spirit of the Ukrainian people. Every donation made towards this cause is a step closer to rebuilding not just homes, but the dreams and futures of these resilient families. The funds raised will provide essential supplies, educational materials, and the tools needed to continue this monumental task of rebuilding lives.
