Support UKRAINEPRIDE x VESELKA music float at Berlin Pride 2025 and help amplify the voices of Ukrainian LGBTQI+ people through sound, dance, and protest.

While Ukraine fights for freedom, democracy, and survival, we, the queer community, are fighting not only for our country but also for our visibility, dignity, and the right to exist.

At this year’s Berlin Pride, UKRAINEPRIDE and VESELKA Ukrainian queer party will bring a powerful music truck — a moving queer protest in yellow and blue, blasting music, carrying our dancers, banners, and slogans through the streets of Berlin. This is our moment to make noise, to make it visible that Ukraine is not only a country at war — it’s a country full of queer resistance.

We are raising funds to cover the rental and design of the truck, sound system, transport, decoration, DJ equipment, and logistics — everything it takes to create a vibrant, defiant space that carries the voices of Ukraine’s LGBTQI+ people through the heart of Europe.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Because queer rights in Ukraine are under threat

Pride marches in Ukraine are impossible during wartime — they’ve become life-threatening. But queer people didn’t disappear. We resist, we create, we speak — and we need the world to hear us.

Because visibility is survival

Just like in Russia, where LGBTQI+ voices were silenced under dictatorship, the danger of erasure is real. By helping us bring our community to Berlin Pride, you help prevent this silence from spreading.

Because Ukraine stands on the frontlines of human rights

Every step we take at Pride is a stand against authoritarianism, discrimination, and hate. If Ukraine wins — freedom wins.
