A child losing a parent itself is incredibly heartbreaking but to add insult to injury, their sole provider was murdered horribly in her own home. Tyronda Carlisle Moore-Herrington a beautiful person who loved her family deeply was taking from her children at the hands of a coward. She leaves being two beautiful children, Samiyah (14) and Mumin (4). Both children have now lost both of their parents. Their loss is one not only felt emotionally, but one that creates an entirely new set of worries, challenges, and obstacles to overcome.

While we cannot ever fill their emptiness, sadness, and overwhelming heartbreak let along fill their mother’s shoes, we will do our best to make sure they know they are not alone and can be supported fully.

How can you help?

Please help us raise funds to support Tyronda’s children who have lost their mother due to domestic violence.
