Support Troy and His Family Through Hard Times
Donation protected
My name is Troy, and for over two years I’ve been working hard to make ends meet after losing my job in early 2023. Since then, I’ve relied on food delivery and odd jobs, but it’s been a struggle to keep up with basic living expenses. I’ve been separated from my wife for over a year and a half, and I’m currently staying with my mother in her small townhouse. She’s on a fixed income and recently had surgery, which has added to our financial stress. I am living out of boxes and suitcases, while trying to help her cover rent, food, and electric bills. My mother’s medical expenses have made things even tighter, and I want to do everything I can to help her during this difficult time.
While searching for steady work, I’ve continued volunteering as a youth track and field coach. Coaching has always been a passion of mine, and I’ve been proud to help many young athletes reach state and national competitions. In the past, I used my own money to provide uniforms, equipment, and travel support for the kids and their families. Unfortunately, since being unemployed, I can no longer offer that support. It’s been tough not being able to give back to the community and the young people I care about.
On top of everything, I have a large amount of debt, but my goal is simply to have enough to stay afloat as I continue working towards rebuilding my life. I’m asking for help to cover our basic living expenses, support my mother as she recovers, and manage my own medical needs. Any support will make a real difference for us and help me continue making a positive impact as a coach. Thank you for reading and for any help you can give.
