There’s a gap in the system—and we see it every single day.

We meet people who are doing everything they can to survive. People who want stability. People who are trying to stay sober. People who refuse to give up their pets because those animals are their family… their only family.

And right now, there are very few places that truly support all of that.

So we’re building one.

We have the opportunity to purchase 40 acres of land on the Rush–Yoder border in Colorado, and our vision is to turn it into something powerful:

A homestead-style community focused on transitional housing, sober living, and second chances—for both people and their pets.

This will not be a temporary fix. This will be a foundation for real change.

Our goal is to create a space that includes:

• Transitional housing for individuals working toward stability

• A structured sober living program for those committed to recovery

• A safe parking program for those currently living in their vehicles

• Pet-friendly accommodations—because no one should have to choose between shelter and their best friend

• Support services to help people rebuild their lives with dignity

This community will give people something they’re often denied:

time, stability, and the ability to move forward safely.

They’re denied housing because of their pets.

They’re trying to stay sober without a stable environment.

They’re doing their best… without the support they actually need.

We’ve been on the ground. We’ve seen it firsthand.

Why We Need Your Help

The land is currently owned by a supporter who believes in what we’re doing—but we need to raise the funds to secure it and begin development.

This is a large-scale project. The land itself is just the first step.

From there, we’ll need to:

• Build out housing structures

• Establish utilities and infrastructure

• Create designated safe parking areas

• Develop program spaces for recovery and support services

The good news?

We have skilled laborers ready to help us build—at no cost.

What we need now is the funding to make this vision real.
