Hi friends! I have a cousin in need. Her name is Tracey. Almost a year ago, this sweet woman was laid off. Since then, she has been working tirelessly to find employment. Here's a little about Tracey which exemplifies her unique need: Tracey was born with Spina Bifida, which is a spinal cord defect, and for Tracey, it currently significantly limits her mobility and continues to cause other health complications. As her mobility has declined in recent years, working virtually from home the past few years has been helpful in many ways. It has allowed her to avoid the struggle of simply navigating an office space and has allowed her to avoid long commutes to work. She has special hand gears in her car and can drive, but commuting does prove challenging. She is open to returning to an office, so as to open up career options. Tracey could go on disability, but has never wanted to do so, as she is a career minded person who enjoys working and contributing to society.

Tracey is now facing the very urgent threat of losing her home of 12 years. She’s trying so hard not to break her lease and lose the place she’s called home for over a decade.
