I’m creating this GoFundMe to support my dear friend Toya, the owner and heart behind Ayurbeauty Wellness Center.
On the night before Christmas’s Eve, tragedy struck; a fire started in the laundry room of the building and quickly spread throughout the house. The fire caused severe damage, and anything that wasn’t destroyed by the flames was heavily damaged by water used to extinguish the fire.
As a result, the entire property has been rendered unusable.
Ayurbeauty Wellness Center was operating from this space, and the impact has been overwhelming:
• All spa appointments had to be immediately canceled
• Client memberships had to be paused or canceled
• The top floor of the building, which operated as an Airbnb, lost all current and future reservations
• Despite the loss of income, ongoing expenses and business obligations continue.
Many of you have reached out asking how you can support Ayurbeauty Wellness Center and Toya during this difficult time. Right now, there isn’t much that can be done as repairs, inspections, and next steps are being determined, but financial support would be a tremendous help as she navigates this unexpected situation.
Toya has dedicated her life to serving others and creating a safe, nurturing space focused on wellness and balance. In a matter of hours, everything she worked so hard to build was unexpectedly brought to a halt.
This GoFundMe has been created to help cover ongoing business expenses while Toya works through recovery. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward helping her stay afloat during this challenging season.
