From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the outpouring of care, calls, and messages after this devastating event. Your support means the world to our restaurant -- especially to Prudencio “Tony” Aguirre, our employees, and everyone who has been part of this restaurant for decades.
Many of you hae asked how to support us. It was very difficult for us to ask for the public's help, but we heard you -- and we deeply appreciate any support you can provide.
The cause of the fire is under investigation; at this time we do not know what happened - as nothing has been confirmed. Please know that all funds collected will be used to care for the restaurant and support Tony and our employees while we are closed. Many of our employees will be without work for an undetermined time, and your contributions will help cover immediate needs such as housing, food, and payroll while we recover.
We are deeply moved by your generosity and prayers. As Tony said, "if it is God's will, we will rebuild - stronger and better and we look forward to welcoming you back when that day comes."

Muchos nos han preguntado cómo pueden ayudarnos. Nos resultó muy difícil pedir ayuda al público, pero los escuchamos y les agradecemos profundamente cualquier apoyo que puedan brindarnos.
La causa del incendio está bajo investigación; por el momento, desconocemos lo sucedido, ya que no hay nada confirmado. Les informamos que todos los fondos recaudados se utilizarán para el cuidado del restaurante y para apoyar a Tony y a nuestros empleados mientras permanezcamos cerrados.
