I'm a friend of Mr. Tom Smith, who has run into hard times in a very short time.

His water main and water heater both blew out the same day, along with his car being stolen, which was his son's, so it had a lot of sentimental value. He is a Scouter with Suffolk County Council and Sagtikos District. He is a volunteer with many years in scouting and has helped many people. His mobility is limited. I'm asking for help for Tom so he can get his house back in order. He has limited funds at the moment, so any amount would be very helpful.
