This is a fundraiser for my Uncle Todd Arend, or better known as "Toddzilla" to most. Todd was diagnosed with Acute Myloid Leukemia in August of 2022. His first round of chemo treatment did not take, and Todd is now receiving another round of treatment at UCSF. This time, his second round is more intense, and he is in the hospital enduring intravenous and oral chemo treatment to fight against the cancer aggressively. Following the intensified chemo treatment, he will receive a stem cell transplant as well. His fight is not over, and all prayers are appreciated.

My Uncle is a kind and loving man with a big heart. Todd Arend has served as a steamfitter for Local 342 for 40 years. In addition to his commitment to UA 342, he is also a father to two children, J and Kody. Todd is an outgoing person who will strike up a conversation with anyone he meets. His friendly personality and laugh are what draws people in, and his heart is what keeps them around.

I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my dad, Ken Thomas ("Tumbleweed"), my mom, Janet Thomas (Todd's sister), and my brothers, Kyle and Hunter Thomas. And on behalf of the Arend family, we thank you all for your prayers and donations. The money raised will be given to Todd, so he can continue to help his grown children and pay his bills.
