Absolutely devastated and heartbreaking to share that my sweet baby Santi has been missing since June 20, 2024.
Santi has been missing since June 2024, having been abducted at just three months old by my ex-partner. An Amber Alert has been issued. His father took him and is giving false addresses, making it impossible to locate and serve him and start the trials.
With the total support of my exes family, they are aiding and abetting this crime of abduction of a minor by hiding my baby and his father. I have fought tirelessly with law enforcement here, the American embassy in Mexico, and multiple courts to locate Santi but it's been almost 15 months and i still don't have him back. I haven't even seen a photo of him. I'm absolutely devastated.
With the help of social media and my friends on TikTok who have urged me to create this gofundme for a private investigator, I've decided to create one.
Time is of the essence in missing persons cases, especially with an infant who is so young and taken at such a sensitive age. He was taken at 3 months and is now 18 months old. I need to hire a private investigator to track down my baby and my ex so we can serve him. He is facing multiple charges.
Money raised from this campaign will go to Santi's mom, Jess, so i can hire a private investigator to boost the search process.
It’s challenging to estimate the total cost involved; any funds raised beyond the expense of a private investigator contract will go toward covering additional legal fees and costs. I was illegally thrown out of my home by my ex, and all my belongings were stolen by him during a vulnerable time—I had just undergone a C-section and was on maternity leave in a foreign country without family support. Everything I owned was taken from me, including the most precious: my baby, Santi.
