Hi, my name is Michelle, and I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my dear friend, Tinisha Hall, whose son, Kevin Collins Jr., has been missing since February 27, 2025.

If you know Tinisha, you know she would never be the one to ask for help like this. She has always been the person everyone turns to — the one who quietly shows up, lends her strength, and takes care of others even when she’s carrying her own pain. But right now, she needs her community more than ever.

Kevin disappeared under heartbreaking and deeply concerning circumstances. He is a kind, gentle, and deeply loved soul, not just by his family but by everyone whose life he has touched. Since his disappearance, Tinisha has poured everything she has into finding him — her time, her energy, and her heart. She has spent countless hours hanging posters, connecting with the community, following up on leads, and working with law enforcement, all while navigating legal matters and guardianship challenges.

This GoFundMe was created to give friends, loved ones, and supporters a way to help. The reality is that the costs involved in continuing search efforts, sustaining ongoing legal action, pursuing answers, and helping to establish a reward for credible information leading to Kevin’s successful return have become more than one person can carry alone. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward these efforts and to help Tinisha continue the fight to bring Kevin home.
