My name is Avery Bohall (Clark). I am daughter of Larry Clark, grand daughter of Joe Ray Clark & great niece of Ronnie Clark.
On September 17th, my father who has worked on cars since before he could legally drive one, was working on his Trans Am in a garage owned by someone my family for as long as I can remember.
Unfortunately, fire broke out and he was unable to put it out himself and the fire extinguisher was empty. By the time help arrived, the entire building was in flames. My father was able to get out with minimal smoke inhalation, thank God.
I believe there are a lot of people in this community that know of or have used Clark’s Towing, are friends with a Clark or had one fix their car or have cheered one on from the grandstands. Our family would give the shirt off their back if you needed it.
My father is asking for help to rebuild the building owned by Timmy Clark at 42 Hicks Street in North Vernon. This building housed Clark’s Towing, owned by Ronnie Clark (my late great uncle) for as long as I can remember. If you know our family, they would love to be able to rebuild this place as it truthfully is a large part of the Clark family.
In addition to that, there were other project cars that did not belong to my father inside that garage, such as a 1969 Camaro, that my father is devastated and absolutely gut wrenched to have lost due to this large structure fire. I have accounted for even the beginning of replacing those as they belong to our cousin Timmy Clark who now owns this building.
Above all else, thank you for reading this far & praying, loving and supporting our family.
All funds will go directly to Timmy Clark for his garage and vehicle rehab.
