Tiffanie Jordan has always been a woman of strong faith — anchored in God’s love, filled with the joy of Jesus, and a shining light to everyone who crossed her path. Whether you knew her as a friend, a sister, a daughter, a therapist or simply as the strong woman you met once and never forgot, you know Tiffanie’s spirit is one of grace, resilience, and deep care for others.

Just this past May, Tiffanie celebrated two years since her double lung transplant — a gift she and all of us saw as nothing short of a miracle. She faced every day with courage, hope, and unwavering trust in God. As she waited and prayed for the possibility of a second transplant, she continued to walk in faith.

In the past month, her health has taken a sudden and difficult turn, and she has now entered hospice care. And yet — Tiffanie continues to believe. She believes that God is still able, that He is still writing her story, and that He has the final word. Her faith is fierce, and her hope is alive.

Tiffanie’s greatest joy and calling has been being a mother to her beautiful twin daughters, Jordan and Reese, who are just 11 years old. Her deepest desire is that they be surrounded by love, protected, and provided for — not only in these tender days, but for all the years ahead.

This fundraiser is to help carry Tiffanie’s heart and legacy forward. The funds raised will support:

• Her final care and hospice-related expenses

• Jordan and Reese’s future — their education, their well-being, their walk with God

• Giving her family space to grieve without the burden of financial strain
