<div>Tiffanie Jordan has always been a woman of strong faith — anchored in God’s love, filled with the joy of Jesus, and a shining light to everyone who crossed her path. Whether you knew her as a friend, a sister, a daughter, a therapist or simply as the strong woman you met once and never forgot, you know Tiffanie’s spirit is one of grace, resilience, and deep care for others.

<div>Just this past May, Tiffanie celebrated two years since her double lung transplant — a gift she and all of us saw as nothing short of a miracle. She faced every day with courage, hope, and unwavering trust in God. As she waited and prayed for the possibility of a second transplant, she continued to walk in faith.

<div>In the past month, her health has taken a sudden and difficult turn, and she has now entered hospice care. And yet — <strong>Tiffanie continues to believe. </strong>She believes that <strong>God is still able</strong>, that <strong>He is still writing her story</strong>, and that <strong>He has the final word.</strong> Her faith is fierce, and her hope is alive.

<div>Tiffanie’s greatest joy and calling has been being a mother to her beautiful twin daughters, <strong>Jordan and Reese</strong>, who are just 11 years old. Her deepest desire is that they be surrounded by love, protected, and provided for — not only in these tender days, but for all the years ahead.
