Support Tia's Fight for Custody

Hello, my name is Tia Joshlin, I currently live in Las Vegas. I am fundraising to help with a lawyer for custody battle. I am currently a single mom of 2 beautiful daughter's and have been doing everything financially, mentally & emotionally on my own. My daughter’s father and I have been separated due to him being on fentanyl, we have never had prior issues nor have I kept them away prior, during his drug abuse I try to set some arrangements. On June 13th my daughters was with my mother he went over to visit and took my oldest. I have not seen or talk to her being he will not allow me to, nor has allowed her to attend school. I have called the police multiple times and they were no help only they advised me it was a family court matter. I have went down to the courts & filled for sole custody. My child is not safe with him especially while being on drugs nor getting the proper care she needs.

Our first court date was today October 16, 2024 & they extended it till Dec 9th being the allegations he is telling the courts.

I am in need of a lawyer to help me with the process being I have never been through this before. I know many are struggling but this is my last resort, but if you can find it in your heart to help me get a lawyer to get my daughter back I greatly appreciate it .
