Hi everyone, my name is Jackie, and I’m the proud owner of Jacked Gym, a space built around health, strength, and community. Today, I’m reaching out not for myself, but for someone who means the world to me: my Tia Cota, who has been fighting to regain her health after suffering a stroke a few years ago.

A few years ago, my aunt’s life changed overnight when she suffered a stroke. Since then, every day has been a battle, physically, emotionally, and financially. Despite all the challenges, her spirit has remained strong, and her will to heal continues to inspire me.

As someone deeply passionate about wellness and holistic healing, I’ve seen how small changes can make a big difference in recovery and overall health.
