Help Us Support Our Father in His Time of Need

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers, my name is Abigail Shaw. I am one of the oldest children of Craig Shaw.

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support as our family faces an incredibly difficult time. Our father has endured multiple heart attacks and undergone several associated surgeries. In addition, he has suffered multiple strokes, which have caused almost a complete blackout of the frontal lobe of his brain. These life-altering health challenges have left him unable to care for himself, and for the past two months, his three children have been providing round-the-clock care.

Despite our best efforts, we are no longer able to financially support his medical expenses, home repairs, and daily bills while also managing our own responsibilities. Our father is currently in a nursing home for therapy, but no long-term care plan has been determined yet. The uncertainty of what lies ahead has placed an overwhelming burden on our family.

As if this wasn't enough, while our father was hospitalized, a tree fell on the roof of his home, causing significant damage. His home, which holds so many precious memories, is in desperate need of repairs to make it livable again.

We are humbly asking for any assistance you can offer to help us cover:

Medical expenses and long-term care costs

Home repairs to fix the damaged roof and make the house safe again

Utility bills and other basic living expenses
