This year marks a truly special moment in time the 40th anniversary of the legendary

Brixton Topcats Basketball Club.

To honour this milestone, we’re hosting Jimmy’s Jam: a 2-day bonanza that celebrates not

just our incredible legacy, but the community, coaches, players, and families that have made

it all possible.

We’re raising funds to help cover the costs of this celebration — and we need your support

to make it happen.

Why Jimmy’s Jam Matters

Over the years, the basketball community in London has grown into something far greater

than sport. It has become family. Too often, we don’t get the chance to celebrate the people

around us until it’s too late. Jimmy’s Jam is our way of changing that by giving

flowers to the living while honoring those we've lost.

We want to uplift and celebrate our community in a joyful, inclusive, and meaningful way.

What's Happening – Two Days of Impact and Celebration

Saturday – Festival of Life (Community Fun Day):

A carnival-style family event filled with:

A celebration of London’s most influential basketball coaches and mentors

Sunday – Battle of the Coaches & Basketball Showcase:

5 teams go head-to-head including:

A U25s vs Alumni exhibition game

U12s Future Stars showcase

Live commentary, prizes, giveaways, and crowd energy like no other

We are looking to raise £3,000–£5,000 to help cover:
