We are TheLiberal.ie — Ireland’s independent media voice with over 750,000 followers.

We take no money from the Irish government. While most other media outlets do, we answer only to the Irish people.

Mainstream media has failed many ordinary Irish people.

Housing is broken. Communities are under real pressure. Important questions about our country’s future are being ignored or shut down.

We will not look away.

We are on the ground delivering honest interviews, live coverage, and the real voices of Irish people that others refuse to show.

Your support keeps this independent journalism alive:

Travel and fuel to report from across Ireland

Mobile data and live-streaming costs

Editing and production tools

The day-to-day running costs of a small independent team

Every single euro matters:€10 → keeps us on the road

€50 → funds a full day of reporting

€100+ → helps sustain independent journalism for longer

This is people-powered media. No corporate backing. No political party money.

Just ordinary people who still believe Ireland deserves the truth.

We believe in putting Ireland and real Irish media on the world map.

If that matters to you, if Ireland's future matters to you — stand with us.

Thank you.
