Hello, my name is Madison Wolfe and I am humbly asking for your support on behalf of myself, my husband Wesley Wolfe, and our daughter Kamia.
On July 15th, 2024, our family survived a horrific rollover accident in Central Lakes, Minnesota. Instead of receiving support, we were met with false accusations and racial discrimination that resulted in our daughter being wrongfully removed from our care.
Child Protective Services conducted a full investigation and dismissed all allegations due to no evidence. The original CHIPS case was also dismissed by the court. Still, our daughter has not been returned to us. The current judge and guardian ad litem continue to side with white accusers (my parents) and ignore all documented findings, solely because we are a Black and Mexican family.
My husband and I have done everything asked of us:
• Passed psychological evaluations
• Passed drug testing
• Completed parenting programs (Circles of Security)
• Participated in individual and couples counseling
• Cooperated fully with every investigation
I have a background in law enforcement, and Wesley has spent his career helping individuals with special needs. We are people who have always dedicated our lives to protecting and caring for others — never harming.
We were even forced to quit our jobs and relocate to Duluth, MN for safety reasons and to receive support from Wesley’s parents. The ongoing legal battle has completely drained us emotionally, physically, and financially.
The last thing we said to Kamia on June 19th, 2025 was “You’ll be home soon and we’ll see you tomorrow for our visit.”
That visit never happened — and we haven’t seen her since.
We have an evidentiary hearing on September 9th, 2025.
We are doing everything in our power to bring our daughter home, but we are now overwhelmed with legal fees and living expenses.
We are asking for $15,000 to help cover:
• Attorney and court costs
• Filing fees and expert documentation
• Basic living expenses while we continue fighting for Kamia’s return
Every single dollar helps.
If you cannot donate, please share our story.
Thank you for standing with us and helping us bring Kamia home where she belongs.
With gratitude,
Madison, Wesley, and Kamia Wolfe
