With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Javier Villarreal—a devoted husband, loving father, and valued member of the community. Javier leaves behind his beloved wife and two children, who are now facing this heartbreaking loss.

Javier proudly worked at OPPD for 30 years, dedicating his career to serving others with integrity and pride. He loved his family deeply, was actively involved in his church, and took great joy in his work. His quiet strength, kindness, and faith touched the lives of everyone who knew him.

We are creating this fundraiser to help support his wife and children during this incredibly difficult time. All funds will go to help provide for his family’s immediate and future needs.
