The Village for Single Moms: Building the Support System We Deserve

My name is Zandria Pearson, and I’m the founder of The Village for Single Moms—a digital ecosystem designed to transform how single mothers connect, collaborate, and build stability together.

As both the daughter of a single mother and a single mother myself, I understand this community from the inside-out. I know the gaps, the challenges, and the possibilities. That lived experience fuels my commitment to building a platform that finally meets our real‑world needs.

This campaign isn’t about charitable giving. It’s about believing in a better future and social innovation; the blueprint for a modern support system that strengthens families, expands opportunity, and restores the sense of Sisterhood and community so many mothers are missing.

We are raising funds for the first of four development installments ($2,100 each). This initial investment unlocks the core build: safety features, secure communication, and the foundational tools that will allow single mothers to access resources that support both financial and emotional wellbeing. The app will be free to download and accessible across devices.

The idea for The Village emerged when I realized how difficult it is for single mothers to find one another, share resources, and build community in a safe, intentional way. That question—'Where is the village?'—became the spark that led to a prototype. When I tested it, even in its earliest form, I knew we were creating something powerful.

I’ve partnered with a development team who believes in this vision and is ready to build. Now, with your support, we can move from prototype to reality.
