Last Thursday on March 5th at 11pm, the Torres family Jose(8), Gabriela (16), Teresa(Mom), and Trinidad (Dad) experienced a devastating house fire that changed their lives in a matter of minutes. Mom and her son were the only ones home when the fire suddenly broke out due to an electrical issue. Barely making it out the door as they stepped outside with no shoes and nothing in their hands, the house behind them erupted in flames.

In those few terrifying moments, everything they owned was lost. Their home, their clothes, family belongings, and the memories they had built there over the years were all gone.

They need help replacing the basic necessities and eventually rebuilding a place to call home.
