A group of businesses and vendors in our industry are facing legal challenges that could impact not just us, but the entire community we serve. These challenges require immediate legal defense—and that defense comes at a cost.

We’ve launched this campaign to raise funds for a shared legal defense effort governed by a coalition of business owners, vendors, and stakeholders. The funds will go directly into the attorney's IOLTA trust account, ensuring they are professionally managed, fully transparent, and used only for approved legal expenses.

How It’s Governed

To ensure integrity and fairness, the fund is overseen by the representatives from participating companies. One administrator coordinates communication with the attorney, but all decisions require a group vote—no single party can control the funds.
