The funds will go directly into the attorney's IOLTA trust account, ensuring they are professionally managed, fully transparent, and used only for approved legal expenses.

<div>To ensure integrity and fairness, the fund is overseen by the representatives from participating companies. One administrator coordinates communication with the attorney, but all decisions require a group vote—no single party can control the funds.
