On July 24th, my husband, our two children, and I were involved in a terrifying car accident. While the kids and I thankfully walked away with scrapes and bruises, my husband suffered the worst of it.

He is currently hospitalized with multiple broken ribs, a punctured lung, a broken knee that required surgery, and a concussion as well as broken t6 and L7 vertebrae. He’s in a lot of pain, and we know the road ahead will be long and difficult. The surgeon has informed us that there’s a possibility that he may never walk again.

We’re asking for support during this time to help cover living expenses while we wait for the insurance claim to process, medical supplies and equipment to make our home safe and comfortable for my husband once he’s discharged, follow-up appointments, physical therapy, and rehabilitation, transportation, food, and bills as I focus on caring for my family full-time during recovery.

This has been incredibly overwhelming emotionally, physically, and financially. Anything helps, if you are unable to donate please share.
