TIP RAISER for Rare Roots Hospitality Waitstaff

For almost 17 years, Jon and Kim Dressler have been serving 
Charlotteans delicious food and memorable experiences, beginning
with Dresslers Birkdale in 2003 and then expanding with Dresslers
Metropolitan, Dogwood A Southern Table, Fin & Fino and The Porter’s House . If you have ever dined at any or all of these great restaurants,
you have experienced their fantastic staff and enjoyed their
outstanding cuisine and possibly a creative libation...or a few. 

The Covid-19/ Coronavirus has forced them to suspend operations at
all of their restaurants in order to protect their staff, customers and the
community.   Without customers, their talented service staff will not be earning the tips that account for over 90% of their income.

For any of you that have ever waited tables, tended bar, cooked,
prepped the line, bussed tables or ran a dish machine, you know that
the hospitality business is all about serving others by providing great
experiences, creating lasting memories and serving your patrons with a smile.   This the spirit of each and every member of the Rare Roots
Hospitality team.

So I ask that during this difficult time, you consider showing your
