Update from the family:

For those of you who do not know, last Monday, our dad was diagnosed with cancer.

This past Tuesday, we went to the oncologist where we received those answers, and were told that he has stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread throughout his entire body, into his bones and bone marrow. The doctor said this was one of the rarest and fastest spreading cancers he has ever seen. Earl has been referred to MUSC in Charleston for more answers and a better understanding of what’s going on.

Right now, treatment is not an option for him.

The Squires family just got news no family would ever want to hear.

Earl is HUGE into bass fishing and hunting. I’d love to be able to ease the pain of the mounding medical bills and everything piling up. I know how big and supportive our hunting and fishing community is - I’ve seen it first hand!! Anything helps and I’m hoping we can be a small blessing during the holiday season to this family who just received the worst news possible during this time of year.
