Dear friends and family,
It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of Rose Spence — a devoted wife, loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and loyal friend — after a courageous six-year battle with cancer.
Rose was married to Brian Spence for 24 years, and together they built a beautiful life and family. She leaves behind her four incredible children: Lauren (20), who is entering her first year at Temple University; Emily (18), who is beginning the PA program at Jefferson University; Keagan (17), who will be a senior in high school; and Kaylee (14), who will be starting high school this fall.
Rose was more than a wife and mother — she was a friend to many. Her infectious laugh and radiant smile lit up every room she entered. Her heart overflowed with compassion and kindness, and she never missed an opportunity to offer someone a second chance. Rose fought stage four breast cancer for six years — not because she feared death, but because she couldn’t bear to leave her children. She always put others before herself, and now, she rests in peace, reunited with her beloved brothers and parents.
Her passing has left her husband and children not only grieving but also burdened with significant medical and funeral expenses that are beyond what they can manage on their own.
We are reaching out to our community, friends, and anyone moved by their story to ask for support. Every donation — no matter how small — will go directly toward:
- Covering remaining medical expenses
- Paying for funeral and memorial costs
- Supporting her children as they navigate life without their mother
This family has endured more than anyone should, and your support would mean the world. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this page to help us reach others who may be able to help.
Thank you for helping us honor Rose and support her husband and children during this incredibly difficult time.
With love and gratitude,
