South Sudanese Community of minnesota. it is the immigrant community, we are helping single mother, youth homeless, Teen counselings,helping community member for the citizenship application Process. helping our community elders who do not speak English.in Hospital,Court,Soical Security disability Process,Houseing,medication assist, emergency,food assist, tranporations mental health counseling.children after school tutoring.elder bible study.,Driver License free training.etc. South Sudanese Community of minnesota it is the 501 (c)3 nonprofit, helping south sudanese Americans minnesota residents and Refugees back in South Sudan in Africa.
