Hello Friends!
My name is Stephanie Hazen and I am a close friend of Mike and Angela. They have been there for me in some of my most challenging times in BIG ways, and now I would love to be there for them.
Permission has been given to share this from them:
"We encountered some difficult unexpected circumstances this year are looking for help with paying for preschool/daycare for Penelope, which is another unexpected expense.
Penny has had an incredibly difficult year and a half. She became a new sister, moved twice, and had to leave the daycare she loved due to COVID. She misses her daycare teachers and friends very much and hasn’t been able to make new friends in the neighborhood due to COVID. Penny is a people-person, she absolutely loves spending time with people of all ages. We know having her in preschool is what is best for her at this time, despite it not being in our original plans or budget.
The good news is we have found a part-time placement for her for the next year and a half. The stress is the financial strain, which compounds an already incredible stressful year."
Friends....I would love to SURPRISE and overwhelm Mike and Angela with our messages of love and support through funding Penny's preschool!!!
They know that I am going to reach out people to help offset some of this financial stress, but I would love for us to just cover this completely.
In this crazy world right now, wouldn't it feel great to do something to help a VERY DESERVING family?
Penny’s daycare costs will be $8,000-$15,000 (3-5 days). Any extra money would be spent on either increasing her preschool time or participating in a physical activity/class such as dance or soccer. Another option would be to enroll Ollie part time next year as well.
Whether you can donate $25 or a lot more, any donation will send them the message of our love for them as some of the BEST HUMANS on this earth.
I plan to keep this fundraiser open for about 2 weeks, so please spread far and wide, first through direct text messages to others, and then ask them to spread to a few others. Feel free to share on social media, but I think a personal share to direct individuals will be more effective.
