Support the Schmidt Family in Greg's Memory

We are heartbroken over the sudden loss of Greg Schmidt, a beloved husband, devoted father, and courageous FDNY firefighter and NYPD officer. Greg dedicated his life to serving others, both at home and in his community. His strength, kindness, and unwavering commitment to his family and his brothers and sisters in the FDNY and NYPD touched countless lives.

During this incredibly difficult time, we want to ease some of the daily burdens for Nicole and the Schmidt children. We appreciate any support that can be given so that the Schmidt family can focus on grieving and healing together, without worrying about the daily tasks that can feel overwhelming right now.
