This September, a team of 8 brave (and slightly crazy) colleagues are taking on the Tough Mudder 5K - a challenge packed with mud, sweat, and more obstacles than we care to count.

This is all in the name of two incredible causes:

St. Helena Hospice: Providing compassionate end-of-life care and support to local families when they need it most.

Royal Heart Foundation: Helping fight heart disease through life-saving research, education, and patient support.

What We're Facing:

While it’s “only” 5K, Tough Mudder is no walk in the park. We’ll be crawling under barbed wire, plunging into ice baths, getting zapped with electricity, and hauling ourselves over muddy walls and obstacles.
