Hi, I'm Steve Burke, and I'm excited to launch this campaign to support the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (WITHLACOOCHEE Chapter George Washington Tent Experience). This specific project features a full-size replica of George Washington's Revolutionary War Field Tent. The travelling museum includes the tent, interior exhibits, uniformed mannequins and 14+ Revolutionary Era Flags. Visitors are assisted by Colonial-uniformed guides in Regimental or Militia dress.

The SAR Withlacoochee Chapter presents the exhibits at schools and public events that honor and support Veterans and First Responders or other SAR or DAR Chapters. To-date, we have presented at seven middle schools and exposed over 1500 students to the experience.

Virtually all of the investment and the ongoing support has been done via volunteer members and friends of the Withlacoochee SAR Chapter.
