On 12/17, a 7.4 earthquake struck Port Vila, Vanuatu, causing massive damage and loss of life. Stephen Samm, whose father is Thomas Samm, was a baby boy born on 12/13. During the earthquake, Stephen was in an incubator which lost power. This caused Stephen to have a tragic and untimely death just four days after being born.
