Update from the Ruth Family

Dear Family and Friends,

We (George, Lenny and Marcus) are at a loss for words to express our deepest heartfelt thanks for your prayers and support. We are grateful for the network of family and friends who have supported us. We can’t get back what we lost, but we can hold on to the memories and make new ones.

As devastating as this fire was, we praise the Lord for saving our lives and keeping us together as a family. We can’t even describe the devastation and awful circumstances people here are experiencing, but we can only hope they have the network of support we have.

We have moved several times since the fire but have now secured short term lodging. We are praying that we can secure a place long term to give us time to figure out what we are going to do. For now, we are staying strong and keeping the faith!
