The Phil Quinley Memorial Cameron Outing Youth Hunt Fund

Phil Quinley organized and managed the Cameron Outing Youth Hunt, which is a hunt for any hunting-licensed child under 17 during the week post-regular duck hunting season. Since the Department of Fish and Game began this legal hunt for youth in the mid-1990's, Phil chaired the position until the end of his duck club membership in 2021. Phil was responsible for the organization of the hunt each year and made sure all kids had training, safety instruction, breakfast and free gear (including hats, duck calls, duck straps and backpacks) from the California Waterfowl Association. Phil truly made the hunt special for each participating child.

All funds will be used for future Youth Hunt expenses so Phil's legacy of inspiring children to duck hunt lives on.
