Hi everyone,

my name is Ronai and I am currently in Tanzania, volunteering at the Nkoaranga Baby Home — a temporary care center that provides love, safety, and medical support for vulnerable babies aged 0 to 4 years.

From the moment I arrived, I was deeply moved by what I saw: tiny babies being held, fed, comforted, and cared for around the clock by an incredibly dedicated team of “Mamas.” Many of these little ones came here in very difficult circumstances and need constant attention, special infant formula, and medical support.

What is Nkoaranga Baby Home?

Nkoaranga Baby Home cares for around 30 babies and young children, providing:

It serves as a critical safety net in a country where over 1.3 million children have lost one or both parents.

Who takes care of the babies?

A team of 10 incredible Mamas works in three shifts, 24/7.

Why I am fundraising

The baby home depends partly on donations to cover essential daily needs, such as:
