Support the Nelsons: Urgent Family in Crisis

Please help this family who is near and dear to me, the Nelsons. They are in desperate need of help; they have 8 children and are facing heavy financial difficulties.

In October 2023, at just 8 weeks pregnant, this brave mother received devastating news—multiple brain tumors. Despite the diagnosis, she carried her baby to term. But scans later showed the tumors had grown. Due to the location and risks, biopsies are not safe. Her health remains fragile and uncertain. These health conditions cause her to be unable to work.

Justina’s husband had to quit his job and become her full-time caregiver, but he is only getting paid for 12 hours a week.

Now, in the midst of this storm, their landlord has given them 30 days to vacate their home. As they are selling it. They’re being forced to move while facing overwhelming health, financial, and emotional stress.

To make matters worse, an extended family member recently assaulted both the husband and their 7-year-old son—leaving deep emotional scars on top of everything else.

This family urgently needs help with moving expenses, temporary housing, and basic necessities. Any support—no matter how small—will help them find stability and safety during this heartbreaking and chaotic time.
