Support the Moores: Fire Recovery Effort

Dear DeRidder & surrounding areas, it's time to be a part of something bigger. We have a huge need in our area. Please donate to one of our own, the Moore family. Please find it in your hearts to help the Moores. On the late night of February 24th, 2025 There was an electrical fire in the Moores' home & they have lost everything. Praise unto God the entire family is safe & unharmed. They will need help getting back on their feet. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those in need. We are raising funds for the Moore Family of DeRidder, LA & asking for your support. By donating, you can help one of our own. We cannot replace the sentimental value of their home, but we can stand DeRidder strong & make a difference!

Fire victims need immediate essentials like toiletries, clothing, and shelter, as well as long-term support.

Immediate essentials:

Clean socks and underwear

Toothbrushes and toothpaste

Deodorant, feminine products, and headache medication

Soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, washcloths, and towels

Phone charger

Long-term support:

Housing, case management, mental health care, and rebuilding infrastructure.

Other ways to help:

Donate money to organizations that help fire victims

Volunteer your time

Assist specific families in need of particular items or housing

Sign up to foster animals

Provide gift cards for food, groceries, and other items
