On behalf of the Merola family, it’s hard to put into words how quickly everything can change. In just a moment, a house fire took away the two places the Merola family called home.

We are beyond grateful that everyone made it out safely, but the loss they’re facing is overwhelming. Their home—where memories were made, holidays were celebrated, and everyday life happened—has been badly damaged, along with a vehicle. So many personal belongings, keepsakes, and essentials were lost, and the reality of starting over is heartbreaking.

Right now, the Merola family is navigating temporary housing, replacing basic necessities like clothes and furniture, and facing countless unexpected expenses. While they do not have insurance, we’re asking for help to wrap this family in support during one of the hardest moments of their lives.
