Hi were the Menges family and we need help my child’s bio father is attempting to take us to court and attempting at full custody and ordered child support. This custody case is being pressed by his mother otherwise he wouldn’t be doing a thing she attempted to steal our first child as well Naomi’s father has a lengthy history of violence, substance abuse, abuse against me and our first born and technically our second born also having pepper sprayed me 4 times while I was pregnant and hitting me with his car, he has stolen Naomi social security card and claimed her on taxes (about $3,000) which only half was used to pay for his custody lawyer having spent the other money on other things, though he’s never even met Naomi (if you don’t know the rules about claiming children on taxes you have to be the custodial parent to do so, so not only opening my mail and stealing a social security card but also committing tax fr@ud. Me and my husband try our hardest to financially provide for our daughter pay our monthly bills and prior court fees while trying to go for custody of his daughters and my daughter we already have 2 lawyers for our cases and need a 3rd for this case in total ive spent $6,000 this year in lawyers alone . To be clear yes he has a job I’m currently a stay at home mom but it’s not enough. We are great people who try our hardest we don’t abuse substance or drink or go out we love our little family and we constantly work towards our goals and we would hate for it to be ruined by inadequate court representation and for this monster to get his hands on our baby.
