Support the Mendoza Family After a Devastating House Fire In Jourdanton, TX

In the early morning hours of February 6, 2026, at around 2 AM, my father and stepmom were jolted awake by the smell of smoke inside their home. A fire had broken out at the rear of the house, spreading quickly. Thankfully, they—and their dogs—were able to escape safely.

Unfortunately, the home is now a total loss due to severe fire and smoke damage, and they are now facing the overwhelming task of rebuilding their lives from the ground up.

With their permission, we are asking for donations and support during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution — big or small — will help them replace essential items, secure temporary housing, and begin the long process of recovery.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the family members who have already reached out, and to the first responders who arrived quickly and helped ensure their safety. Your kindness means more than you know.
