Hello. My name is Chad Stertzbach. Over the past year I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Nerissa Means at Citizens Bank in Hudson. Through our time together, we have done some amazing things! We’ve built a great business, laughed, joked, had deep conversations, but most importantly, we have gotten to know one another as more than just another colleague—but as friends. Her passion for customer service, bright and positive attitude and overall outlook on life has brought us very close.

If you are visiting this page, you are aware of the life altering hardship Nerissa—and the entire Means family—is going through. My heart aches for them. If you know Nerissa (or anyone in their family), then you know how generous, loving and caring they all are.

We are politely asking for donations to help fill the void in the hearts of the Means family. They lost a dear husband, father, brother and friend recently. Your generous contribution will help them provide the final expenses every loved one deserves. Anything will help. The Means family and I both thank you for your kindness and generosity during this difficult time.
